Thanks for stopping by Pattie Parsnips..I’m not sure if I have a secret to getting support from wordpress..just I think they made it more accessible a few years ago. Anyway, I did some searching – go to the wordpress main page. bottom of page “advanced services” – at the top of f the page – click on “support” . 1/2 way down on the right side “contact support”. You have to view the “standard questions”, if you need specific answers then they allow you to put in a search engine and if that doesn’t work then you have the 3rd option of sending in your concern. They sure don’t make it easy. Wishing you all the best. P.
